Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Harmony Divide LLC, the operator of Park Magic Live. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement in your location, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms for you. The service is not directed to children under 13.

An independent park companion

Park Magic Live is an independent, unofficial service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by The Walt Disney Company. Disney names, characters, parks, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Accounts and acceptable use

• Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials.
• Use the service only for lawful personal or family trip-planning purposes.
• Do not interfere with the service, bypass security or usage limits, scrape at harmful volume, impersonate another person, or use another person's account without permission.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, sexually exploitative, or privacy-invasive content.
• Do not use Guide or other generated output to violate law or another person's rights.

Your content

You keep ownership of photos, videos, notes, comments, and other content you submit. You give Harmony Divide LLC a limited, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and provide the service and to share it in the way you select. Public/community content may be seen and reshared by other people; private content is not placed in the community feed.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content you submit, including from people identifiable in it. We may remove content or restrict sharing when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, intellectual-property protection, or enforcement of these terms.

Park information and Guide

Wait times, operating hours, weather, crowd estimates, route suggestions, generated summaries, and Guide responses can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. They are planning aids, not official instructions or a promise that an attraction, reservation, route, purchase, or experience will be available. Check safety, accessibility, reservation, ticket, and operating information with the official park operator before relying on it.

Plus, subscriptions, and credits

Paid subscriptions and consumable Guide credits are offered through Apple App Store or Google Play and verified through RevenueCat. The store checkout shows the authoritative price, billing period, included benefits, taxes, renewal terms, and any trial or offer. Subscriptions may renew automatically until you cancel them through the store account that made the purchase. Store rules and applicable law govern billing, cancellation, and refunds. Deleting Park Magic Live does not itself cancel a store subscription.

Feature descriptions and usage limits shown in the app form part of the applicable offer. We may change future prices or benefits, but changes to an active store subscription follow the notice and consent requirements of the applicable store and law.

Third-party services

The service may open or rely on third-party park pages, maps, media, authentication, app stores, payment verification, and other services. Their terms and privacy policies govern your direct use of them. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Service changes and account action

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict or terminate an account that creates a security risk, violates these terms, harms others, or exposes us to legal liability. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Store subscriptions must be canceled separately through Apple or Google.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free data, permanent preservation of content, or that the service will meet every trip-planning need. Nothing in these terms limits warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Harmony Divide LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for decisions made from park information or generated guidance. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it. Continuing to use the service after updated terms take effect means you accept them, except where law requires another form of consent.
