Privacy Policy

Our privacy promise

Park Magic Live is operated by Harmony Divide LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, when it leaves our systems, and the choices available to you. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party targeted advertising.

Information we collect

• Account and profile information: email address, username, display name, avatar, preferences, and an identifier from Google if you choose Google sign-in. Passwords are stored only as one-way password hashes.
• Trips and journal information: trip dates, party details, plans, notes, attraction history, spending entries, receipts or documents you choose to save, photos, videos, captions, and journal moments.
• Community content: moments, photos, captions, comments, and likes you choose to make public. New uploads default to private unless you choose to share them.
• Location information: precise and background location only after you grant the relevant device permission and enable a location-backed feature. We may derive park, area, or nearby-attraction context from those samples.
• Guide, voice, and support information: text or voice requests, relevant trip context, generated responses, actions you ask Guide to take, usage duration, support messages, and troubleshooting details.
• Purchase information: store product, entitlement, subscription status, purchase identifiers, and AI-credit transactions verified through Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
• Device and usage information: app version, platform, device or push-notification identifiers, feature interactions, performance measurements, crash reports, security events, and coarse network-derived location such as country or region.
• Information stored on your device: an essential guest identifier, display preferences, cached public information, guest journal data, and—after sign-in—a session token that keeps you signed in. Guest journal media and drafts may remain only in browser or app storage until you sign in, migrate, or clear them.

How we use information

• Provide accounts, trip planning, live park guidance, Magic Journal, Moments, support, notifications, and Plus features.
• Attach the park, attraction, time, weather, or spending context you request to a trip or moment.
• Process purchases, restore entitlements, apply included or purchased Guide credits, and prevent billing fraud.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the service.
• Respond to support, privacy, safety, and legal requests.

When information is shared

We disclose only the information reasonably needed for these purposes:

• Service providers: hosting and database infrastructure, private media storage, authentication and push delivery, error monitoring, customer support, and security operations.
• AI and voice processing: when you use Guide, voice, media analysis, or generated summaries, the request and relevant context are processed by contracted AI or voice providers to return the feature you requested.
• Purchases: Apple, Google, and RevenueCat process and verify subscriptions and consumable credits under their own terms and privacy policies.
• Public sharing: content is visible to other people only when you choose a public/community option. Private moments are not placed in the community feed.
• Legal and safety: we may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect a person, investigate abuse or fraud, or defend the service and its users.
• Business changes: information may transfer as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale, subject to this policy and applicable law.

Park information, external links, Google sign-in, and embedded or linked media may also be governed by the privacy practices of the service you choose to open or use.

Your choices and controls

• Choose whether a moment is private or shared with the community, and delete content you own.
• Turn push notifications, camera, microphone, photo-library, and location permissions on or off in the app or device settings.
• Clear saved route/location history through available trip controls.
• Delete guest moments in the app, or clear remaining guest-only data by clearing Park Magic Live site/app storage on your device.
• Ask us for an account-data export, correction, or deletion using the contact below.

Retention and deletion

We keep account information while your account is active and retain other information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods differ by data type and operational need.

You may delete your account from Account Settings or request deletion through our account deletion page if you need help. After identity verification, we delete or irreversibly anonymize the account and associated personal data, including user-generated content, except limited records we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons. Deletion from encrypted backups may occur as those backups age out through their normal retention cycle.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted network connections, password hashing, private signed media access, audit records, and other technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No system can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Children

Park Magic Live is not directed to children under 13. A child under 13 must not create an account or submit personal information. A parent or guardian may use the service to plan and record a family trip. If you believe a child under 13 submitted personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the product or our legal obligations change. We will change the effective date and provide additional notice in the app when a change materially affects your privacy choices.
